$249/month for one trademark (+$50/mo for each additional trademark)

LLC Setup Packages

File Articles of Organization (filing fee included).
Apply for an Employer Identification Number aka Federal Tax ID Number.
Prepare Operating Agreement.
Prepare Organizational Resolution.
Helpful guide on operating a business as an LLC.

Everything in the Premium Package plus:
Two custom-drafted legal documents of your choice (website terms of service, privacy policy, independent contractor agreement, service agreement, media release, liability waiver, etc.)

LLC setup packages include up to 30 minutes of advice and consultation during the LLC formation process. Prices shown are for single-member LLCs formed in Colorado only. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include additional expenses such as postage, filing fees, or other costs.

If you need something that you don’t see listed here, then submit an inquiry form to see if I can help! I will quote you a flat fee if a flat fee makes sense for your matter. Our normal rate starts at $300/hr for matters where a flat fee is not practical.
